The Shimla Meteorological office forecasts rain and snow in Himachal Pradesh's mid and high hills on November 4 and 5, issuing a yellow warning for dense fog around the Bhakra Dam reservoir and Balh Valley. Recently, dry weather prevailed, with Tabo recording the coldest temperature at minus 4.7 degrees Celsius, while the state experienced a significant rainfall excess post-monsoon.
