SC refers plea seeking to bring minority schools under RTE Act to CJI

The Supreme Court directed that a plea regarding the Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Act (RTE) be presented to the Chief Justice. The petition challenges the exclusion of minority schools from the RTE, questioning the validity of certain sections and arguing for uniform application of the Act and Teacher Eligibility Test across all institutions.
