The Supreme Court has ordered the Election Commission of India to provide the final revised electoral roll for Bihar, following concerns over irregularities including 1.75 crore duplicate names and a lack of transparency regarding 21 lakh new voters. The court will continue hearings on December 9, as the ECI defends its special intensive revision process.
