Seven Rohingya nationals were detained in Assam's Cachar district while attempting to cross illegally into Bangladesh. The group, including one man, three women, and three children, was intercepted by local residents at Hilara railway station. They had entered India illegally years ago and planned to return after a crackdown in Hyderabad. Police are verifying identities before repatriation.
