16 judges recused themselves from cases where Sanjiv Chaturvedi was a party,

Uttarakhand Chief Justice G Narendra has formed a new bench to hear senior IFS officer Sanjiv Chaturvedi's contempt petition against the Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT), following the recusal of 16 judges from his cases. The hearing is scheduled for October 30. Chaturvedi is known for his anti-corruption efforts and legal battles against government agencies.
