In Nitish's new cabinet, first-timer Deepak Prakash is raising eyebrows
Deepak Prakash, son of RLM chief Upendra Kushwaha, was unexpectedly appointed as the sole minister from his party in Bihar's Nitish Kumar government, despite lacking prior legislative experience. The RLM secured four out of six contested seats in recent elections. Prakash, recently returned from studying abroad, must secure legislative membership within six months to retain his position.
