Rejection is one of the hardest experiences to accept, especially when it comes from someone we love. Be it romantic rejections or job rejections, it can be very difficult to process. However, when we allow rejection, it can have its own advantages. "Even though feeling rejected is hands-down a very painful experience in the short-term, it’s quite beneficial to practice accepting when someone else thinks we’re not the right fit for them in the long-term," wrote Therapist Katie Fracalanza.
