Delhi’s air quality improved on January 20 morning, after strong winds blew over the city over the previous day. Delhi's air quality index (AQI) had turned severe on January 19 which settled at 308 at 9 am on January 20. Delhi's minimum temperature settled at 7.8 degrees Celsius, a notch above normal, on January 20.
