Nikhil Nanda, chairman of Escorts Kubota and son-in-law of Amitabh Bachchan, has purchased a luxury apartment in Mumbai’s Juhu area for ₹28 crore. The 3,139 sq ft unit, with an additional terrace, was registered on October 16, 2025. The transaction was facilitated by his sister, Nitasha Nanda, acting as Power of Attorney.
