The Telangana Real Estate Regulatory Authority has ordered two Hyderabad firms, Suvarnabhoomi Infra Developers and Maha Infra, to complete their joint project, Silpa’s Suvarna Sampada 2, within 60 days due to infrastructure failures and misrepresentation. The Authority warned homebuyers to verify project details on the RERA website to avoid misleading advertisements and undisclosed agreements by developers.
