Kremlin says Budapest preparations yet to begin; 'Appropriate conditions...'

Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov spoke on President Putin’s upcoming talks with U.S. President Donald Trump and the uncertain “Budapest peace summit.” Peskov clarified that full-scale preparations have not begun, despite rising speculation of a territorial deal between Moscow and Washington.
