The U.S. on Tuesday issued a travel advisory for its citizens asking them to reconsider travel to India in light of the high level of COVID-19 cases in India. The latest advisory comes after the CDC issued a Level-3 Travel Health Notice for India due to COVID-19. On Wednesday, India logged 2,85,914 new coronavirus infections taking the total tally of COVID-19 cases to 4,00,85,116. The death toll has climbed to 4,91,127 with 665 fresh fatalities.
