Orban tries to steal Karoline from Trump during White House visit; US President says this…| Leavitt

A light-hearted moment stole the show at the White House as Hungarian PM Viktor Orban jokingly asked President Donald Trump if he could “hire” Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt after watching her fierce defense of Trump’s economic record against the media. During the bilateral meeting, Trump was briefly left searching for Leavitt to field questions about affordability and inflation—only for Orban to quip that he wanted her to work for Hungary. Trump pleaded, “Please, don’t leave us, Karoline!” as laughter broke out. Leavitt later posted that she’s “staying right here.” The exchange offered some comic relief amid serious talks focused on Russian oil sanctions, energy security, and the future of US-Hungarian relations.
