Ukraine’s Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha announced that Kyiv and U.S. negotiating teams will meet soon to discuss concrete steps toward a peace framework aimed at achieving a ceasefire with Russia. Speaking alongside Latvian Foreign Minister Baiba Braze, Sybiha stressed that Ukraine expects “specific results” from the talks. Latvia reaffirmed its support for U.S. diplomatic efforts to end the war.
