Politics escalates in India as the consecration of the Ram Temple in Ayodhya is set to take place on 22nd January, 2023. While many argue that politics is overpowering religion, others say the grand Ram Temple is an assertion of their rights by the majority Hindu community of India. In the latest edition of HT Podcast, American author and astrologer, Dr. David Frawley speaks on the history of the Ram Temple and how the Congress regime under Nehru ignored the rightful rights of the majority Hindu community in the country. Dr. Frawley argues that a secular India should not be based on subverting or dominating the Hindus and denying them equal rights. The renowned author also says that textbooks in India were written by Marxists, who presented a very negative view of Hinduism and downplayed the issue of Hindu temples. He also says that Ram is also a figure of the Buddhists, the Jains, the Sikhs & even some of the Sufis have taken up aspects of the tradition. Watch the latest edition of HT Podcast for all the details.
