For the third consecutive year, Palestinian Christians in the Gaza Strip marked Christmas under the shadow of war, displacement and economic hardship. While a fragile ceasefire in the Israel-Hamas conflict has allowed more aid and supplies to enter Gaza, many families continue to struggle. Fouad Nabil Ayad, whose home was destroyed and family displaced multiple times, says faith and hope remain central despite ongoing challenges. As Gaza’s small Christian community observes Christmas across different denominations, many are praying for peace, stability and a better future for the next generation.
