An explosion in Moscow killed two police officers and a civilian on Wednesday, following a similar incident that claimed the life of Lt Gen Fanil Sarvarov two days earlier. The blast occurred while officers attempted to detain a suspicious individual. Authorities suspect Ukrainian intelligence involvement, amid ongoing tensions since Russia's invasion of Ukraine nearly four years ago.
