A magnitude 4.6 earthquake struck Afghanistan on Wednesday morning at a depth of 10 kilometers, as reported by the National Center for Seismology. This follows a previous earthquake of magnitude 4.3 on November 21 and a devastating 6.3 quake on November 4, which killed 27 people. Afghanistan's geological positioning makes it prone to frequent seismic activity, exacerbating vulnerabilities from ongoing conflicts.
