North Korea in action after Kim's bomb-fuel order: Report
Satellite images show heightened activity at North Korea's main nuclear site, indicating that the Experimental Light Water Reactor (ELWR) at the Yongbyon site could be nearing completion, according to the 38 North North Korea monitoring project. The report added that the increased construction activity around the Yongbyon uranium enrichment plant likely reflected leader Kim Jong Un's directive to expand the country's nuclear weapons arsenal. North Korea recently unveiled smaller nuclear warheads and vowed to produce more weapons-grade nuclear material to expand its arsenal.
