A Thai court has issued an arrest warrant for Anne Jakapong Jakrajutatip, co-owner of the Miss Universe pageant, over alleged fraud involving $930,000. The warrant follows accusations from a plastic surgeon who claims she misled him regarding an investment. Jakapong, absent from the court, is rumored to have fled to Mexico amid financial troubles.
