A suspect was arrested in connection with a deadly shooting at Brown University, which left two students dead and nine injured. Identified through a tip, the individual is not a student. Providence officials lifted a shelter-in-place order but maintained police activity at the crime scene. University president Christina H. Paxson expressed deep sorrow over the violence.
