Homeland Security announced that Diana Patricia Santillana Galeano, a Chicago daycare worker detained by ICE, is "going home" following claims of her alleged involvement in human smuggling, which her attorneys contest. Galeano, arrested without a warrant at her workplace, is currently held in an ICE facility and has a hearing scheduled for November 13 regarding her bond petition.
