Did Candace Owens get a gag order on the Charlie Kirk murder case? Here's the truth
Candace Owens claimed she’ll defy a gag order in the Charlie Kirk murder case, saying her findings could “burn the house down.” The order doesn’t apply to her.
Conspiracy theorist and conservative activist Candace Owens has sparked a row with her series of claims on the death of Charlie Kirk, the conservative activist killed in Utah. Now, in a fresh row, Owens claimed that she plans to defy the gag order imposed in the court case of Tyler Robinson, the 22-year-old suspect who admitted to killing Kirk.

In a post on X, she wrote: "Don’t worry about the gag order in the Charlie Kirk case. I plan to violate it on the world’s behalf." She then went on to claim that the discoveries that she made about Charlie Kirk's death could "burn the house down."
"Yes, Charlie was betrayed. By everyone," she added.
A gag order was issued by Utah Judge Tony Graf in the State v. Tyler Robinson case, concerning the trial of the Charlie Kirk suspect. But that order does not apply to Candace Owens, as she is just an external commentator. It applies only to attorneys, witnesses, court staff, and direct participants in the case.
So far, since making the claim on October 19, Candace Owens has not made any further claims regarding the death of Charlie Kirk.
Candace Owens' Theories On Charlie Kirk's Death
Owens, a former employee of Charlie Kirk's organization, Turning Point USA, hit the headlines after Charlie Kirk's assassination for suggesting the alleged involvement of Israeli donors in his fatal shooting. She has claimed that Kirk was pressured in a meeting with Israeli donors where actor Bill Ackman was present.
She also alleged a federal cover-up of the case, insinuating that local authorities and the FBI are hiding information related to the death of Kirk. Additionally, she said that all the officials involved in the Tyler Robinson case- from the judges to the prosecutors- are all new.
Owens also released screenshots of messages by Charlie Kirk, where the former TPUSA CEO allegedly admits that he was under pressure from Jewish donors.
Notably, she has not provided evidence for any of her claims, except the screenshot, which was verified as genuine by a current TPUSA employee.
