A UPS cargo plane crashed shortly after takeoff from Louisville International Airport, resulting in at least 11 fatalities and several injuries. Authorities retrieved the black boxes, revealing that the left wing caught fire and an engine detached during takeoff. Investigations continue as the death toll may rise.
