What's 2025 PN7 and why is it called Earth's second moon? All you need to know
NASA has confirmed the discovery of a new quasi-moon, a small asteroid named 2025 PN7, which has been trailing Earth since the 1960s. Measuring about 19 meters wide, it will stay near our planet until 2083. This is not Earth's first quasi-moon; at least seven others have been identified in the past.
