Zohran Mamdani, 34, has made history as New York City's 111th mayor, winning 50.4% of the vote against Andrew Cuomo and Curtis Sliwa. He will be the youngest mayor in a century and the first Muslim and South Asian mayor in the city’s history. Mamdani plans to focus on change and affordability for New Yorkers.
