Turkish authorities recovered the cockpit voice and flight data recorders from a private jet crash that killed Libya's armed forces chief, General Mohammed Ali Ahmad al-Haddad, and seven others shortly after takeoff from Ankara. The aircraft experienced an electrical failure before losing contact. The Libyan delegation was returning from defense talks in Turkey, amid ongoing military cooperation.
