A Romanian worker died after being trapped for hours under the rubble of the Torre dei Conti, a partially collapsed medieval tower in Rome. The incident occurred during restoration work, with the tower suffering two collapses. Another worker sustained serious injuries, while two others were slightly hurt. The tower, built in the 13th century, was set to become a museum.
