Ludhiana: Juvenile among 4 held for murder of 24-year-old youth

Police arrested four individuals, including a minor, for the murder of 24-year-old Sooraj Kumar, whose body was discovered in fields. The main suspect, Niranjan Kumar, believed Sooraj had an affair with his wife and conspired to kill him. The group attacked Sooraj and disposed of his body in gunny sacks. The investigation is ongoing.

Two brothers die after falling into septic tank while cleaning it at Noida home

Two brothers in Noida died after falling into a 7-foot-deep septic tank while attempting to clean it themselves. The elder brother, Chandrabhan, slipped in, and the younger brother, Raju, jumped in to rescue him but lost consciousness due to toxic fumes. Neighbors attempted to help, but the brothers were ultimately recovered by police and declared dead at a hospital.

The Chief Commissioner also asked officials to study the feasibility of constructing a skywalk at Byatarayanapura Junction.
