Film producers appeal to PM Modi 'to intervene' in Dhurandhar's Middle East ban: 'Suppression of freedom of expression'
The Indian Motion Picture Producers' Association (IMPPA) has urged Prime Minister Narendra Modi to intervene in the ban of the hit film Dhurandhar in several Middle Eastern countries, including the UAE and Saudi Arabia. The film, which grossed ₹1230 crore, was certified by the Central Board of Film Certification but faces restrictions deemed a violation of freedom of expression.
