Charlie Kirk was reacting to a Fox News anchor's X post about the US having to grant more visas to Indians if there were any trade deal with New Delhi.

Later, in a fresh statement, Trump blamed the "radical left" for the killing of his ally Charlie Kirk and accused them of comparing people like Kirk to "Nazis and the world's mass murderers and criminals".

Earlier, the Federal Bureau of Investigation had taken a suspect into custody. However, FBI director Kash Patel later shared an update, saying that the suspect had been released from their custody after an interrogation.

The suspect behind Charlie Kirk's assassination is still on the loose, and an FBI investigation is underway to track down the individual.
