Air quality in New Delhi has deteriorated back to the “very poor” category, with the air quality index (AQI) rising to 310 by evening on Sunday, just two days after strong winds improved conditions. Forecasts predict continued poor air quality for the next week, despite the lifting of stage-3 restrictions of the Graded Response Action Plan.
