Taro Pharmaceutical Industries, a Sun Pharma unit, is recalling 17,664 units of Ciclopirox Shampoo due to manufacturing issues, as announced by the USFDA. The Class II recall, initiated on December 9, involves a product used for treating seborrheic dermatitis. Taro, now wholly owned by Sun Pharma, specializes in dermatological products and was merged last year.
