Til Pitha: It is made out of rice and black sesame. The rice flour is cooked on a cast iron tawa which is then stuffed with til mixed with jaggery or sugar syrup and rolled. (Instagram/@assamfoodhouse)

Tekeli Pitha: This easy to prepare dish is made with rice flour which is mixed with jaggery/sugar and grated coconut. This is placed inside a cloth and steamed in a kettle.(Instagram/@afoodiezkitchentales)
