Breathing: Breathing plays a crucial role in fighting any emotional distress. When you feel overwhelmed, here's what you can do. Breath in from your stomach and count till 4, hold your breath for 4 seconds, and release your breath to the count of 4. Keep repeating this exercise till you feel better.(Pexels)
