Having a pet is like having your best friend with you all the time. Pets own us and they come into our lives and fill them up with a lot of joy, happiness and laughter. They also stay with us and give us unconditional love and affection. "Owning a pet has been linked to numerous mental health benefits. Pets can provide companionship, reduce stress levels, and boost overall mood.
