Grief is a very personal feeling. Sadness or grief, no matter how much we discuss or communicate with others, is still a feeling that cannot be communicated in words completely. What we feel is only for us to feel. Hence, grief also goes through the process of understanding and accepting it, and eventually finding a way to deal with it.
