Vivo X300 series, OnePlus 15 and more are yet to launch in 2025.
2025 is nearing its end and most of the major smartphone launches are already behind us. But that does not mean the flagship season is over. In fact, several high-profile launches are still on the horizon, particularly in China and then soon in India. Read on to find out.
Vivo X300 Series
Vivo is preparing to launch its latest camera-focused flagships, the Vivo X300 Pro and Vivo X300, successors to last year’s Vivo X200 series. Both devices will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9500, the brand’s upcoming flagship chipset designed to rival Qualcomm’s recently released Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 and Apple’s A19 Pro found in the iPhone 17 Pro.
In addition to performance gains, the new X300 series is expected to bring notable camera upgrades. Among these is support for the popular Zeiss teleconverter accessory, which also gained traction with the Vivo X200 Ultra earlier this year.
OnePlus 15
The OnePlus 15 is going to be the next OnePlus flagship. OnePlus is skipping the number 14, as it is considered unlucky in China. The device is confirmed to be packing the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset, which is the latest Qualcomm offering, and it will also include the Snapdragon Summit. The design is reminiscent of the OnePlus 13s that launched in India earlier this year, which is interesting considering it marks a big departure from the previous OnePlus flagships.
It is also not going to feature any Hasselblad integration, as OnePlus has developed its own imaging pipeline called the DetailMax engine. It is not exactly clear when we can expect it in India, but the China launch is soon.
iQOO 15
The iQOO 15 is going to be another performance-centric flagship that is yet to launch this year. It is expected to be powered by Origin OS 6 and will get the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset, like the OnePlus 15 as well.
