At peace meet, Trump's stunning 'Ukrainian women' woos Zelensky, who cheekily says, 'I married...'

President Donald Trump’s meeting with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky took an unexpected turn when peace talks were briefly sidetracked by remarks about “beautiful Ukrainian women,” according to reports. Zelensky replied with humor, while Trump went on to reference his Miss Universe days and even connected Zelensky with former Miss Ukraine during the meeting. Officials later said the moment helped humanize Zelensky for Trump amid efforts to broker peace. The episode unfolded against rising tensions after Russia accused Ukraine of targeting President Vladimir Putin’s residence. Moscow released drone footage as evidence, but Ukraine denied the claim and the CIA assessed no such attack occurred.
