Pregnant Women Can Be Vaccinated Against COVID-19; Centre issues guidelines

- As the second wave of coronavirus recedes, India is ramping up its vaccination drive. However, pregnant women were not being advised to take the jab against Covid-19. The Health Ministry shared an important update on June 25 regarding pregnant women and children. ICMR DG Dr. Balram Bhargava said vaccination is useful in pregnant women and it should be given.
