'Kashmir Separatism...': Ex-Spy Chief Blasts Cong 'Blunder'; Says Pak Threat Real | Watch

Ex-RAW chief and spymaster A.S. Dulat said in an interview that separatism in Kashmir is dead, however, added that radicalisation amongst the youth is prevalent in Kashmir valley. Speaking about whether Pakistan has any impact on Kashmir, the ex-spymaster gave a negative answer and said that India should respond to Pakistan's gesture to improve ties.
