India has called out Pakistan for shielding Dawood Ibrahim and his D-Company, saying the crime syndicate involved in the 1993 Mumbai blasts was given state patronage and 5-star hospitality. The remarks were made by India's permanent representative to U.N, TS Tirumurti, at a conference in New York on counter terrorism. While Tirumurti did not name Pakistan, but made a veiled reference to D-Company headed by Dawood Ibrahim who is hiding in Pakistan. Watch this video for more.
