A religious controversy has landed the new Nitish Kumar government in trouble in Bihar. A temple row is ringing after CM Nitish Kumar visited Gaya's Vishnupad Mandir with Bihar I-T Minister Mohammad Israil Mansuri, who is a Muslim. The entry of non-Hindu devotees is not allowed in Gaya's Vishnupad Temple and the rule has been in place for the last 100 years as per the locals. Signs with the message 'entry of non-Hindus is prohibited' are installed at the entrance. However, Minister Md Israil accompanied the CM to the temple during his Gaya visit. This has angered the BJP which is now demanding an apology from the Chief Minister for hurting Hindu sentiments. Watch this report for more.
