A minor girl who was trapped in flash flood-hit Tawi river of Udhampur district in Jammu was rescued by police & SDRF. The girl was caught in the middle of the Tawi river and was rescued after an-hour long rescue efforts. The rescue efforts in Kishtwar district of J&K are also underway where several people died and went missing after a cloudburst hit a local village. J&K L-G Manoj Sinha has assured all possible assistance to those who were affected by the cloudburst in Kishtwar.
