Channi's helicopter 'blocked' during PM Modi's Punjab visit; Congress cries foul

In a fresh controversy, Punjab Chief Minister Charanjit Singh Channi claimed that his chopper was blocked from taking off from Chandigarh today in view of the PM Narendra Modi's movement. Channi, who was scheduled to attend Rahul Gandhi's rally in Hoshiarpur, said that despite permission, his helicopter was not allowed to take-off. The Punjab CM and Congress have slammed the Modi govt for allegedly blocking the chopper of the chief minister.
