'Curfew on Holi, Diwali, Ram Navami': Yogi's attack on past govts | UP polls

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath accused past governments in the state of being biased against Hindus. Addressing an event in Ambedkar Nagar, he said that earlier administrations used to impose curfew whenever festivals like Holi, Diwali, Ram Navami, Janmashtami approached. He said that they also didn't allow the kanwar yatra, claiming threat of riots. The BJP leader claimed that his administration has provided freedom to all religious groups to celebrate all festivals with fervour. UP is set to go to polls early next year.
