'Feels like a slap…': Ex-CEC S.Y. Quraishi on when EC's fairness is questioned

Former Chief Election Commission S.Y. Quraishi has admitted that the reputation of the poll panel has taken a hit over the past few years and said that he feels like a slap on his face when questions are raised about the fairness of the commission.
