Galwan martyr’s father dragged, thrashed and arrested in Bihar; Rajnath dials CM Nitish Kumar

A major controversy is brewing in Bihar over the behaviour of policemen with the father of Galwan martyr. CCTV footage of Tejaswi Kishore Singh, father of Jai, who died during the Galwan clash in 2020, is now going viral. It shows the martyr's father being dragged, thrashed and then arrested over a land dispute. The case pertains to the martyr's father building a memorial for his son in Vaishali district, which was opposed by complainant Harinam Singh. Defence Minister Rajnath Singh has now spoken to Bihar CM Nitish Kumar and condemned the incident.
