Pakistan forgets Uri revenge? India foils major terror bid near LoC after Asim Munir nuclear threat

The Indian Army has foiled another infiltration bid along the Line of Control (LoC) in Jammu and Kashmir’s Uri sector, an operation that tragically claimed the life of a soldier. According to Indian Army officials, the bid—reportedly backed by Pakistan’s Border Action Team (BAT)—occurred on the night of August 12–13, with search operations still underway in Baramulla district.
