PM Modi Takes Subtle Dig At Congress After Z-Morh Tunnel Opening; ‘We Inaugurate Whatever We Start…’

Speaking after inauguration of the Z-Morh tunnel, PM Narendra Modi said that if he makes a promise, he also keeps it. In a veiled jibe at Congress, Modi also added that his government inaugurates everything they start.
